My item still hasn't arrived. Is that normal?

For deliveries within Germany:

- Free delivery for orders over €39.90, otherwise shipping costs are €3.90.

Estimated delivery time: approximately 8 to 12 days for Germany.

If your item hasn't arrived yet and less than a week has passed, please be patient. Your item is on its way.

I would like to cancel my order, is that possible?

Yes, you can cancel your order. Once you've received your order, you can return it to us within 30 days, provided the product hasn't been opened. Simply send us an email, and as soon as we receive your return, we'll issue a full refund.

Please contact us before returning any item at the following email address: info@sameo-shop.de. If you return the package to the sender (our warehouse address) on your own initiative, we will not be able to process it and will not be able to issue a refund. Please request return instructions at info@sameo-shop.de.

How do I know if my order will be delivered?

Delivery usually takes between 8 and 12 days. If you have any concerns, please contact us. We will then send you information so you can track your order.
